Surf Dog Events welcomes applications from working members of the press and photographers that comply with its criteria for accreditation to the 2019 McKenna Subaru Surf City Surf Dog event in Huntington Beach on September 28, 2019. Media credentials are a working tool for members of the press and limited!

Marketing personnel, advertisers, film makers will not be accredited as media and should contact the Surf Dog Events Partnerships ([email protected] Subject Line: Partnerships).
Commercial/independent videographers and photographers, etc - please fill out the Licensed Photographer Form here.
All unauthorized individuals will be asked to leave the secure zone.

Due to the popularity of the event, we receive many requests and we unfortunately cannot accommodate all of requests. Due to space constraints we may not be able to approve all requests and typically will not approve more than 2 representatives from any one outlet.

You will be contacted by the Surf Dog Events communications team prior to each event confirming whether your application has been approved.

Only accredited or approved official photographers will be allowed within the secure filming areas.

Please read this Media Event Code of Conduct Agreement and Check YES if you agree. Should you be approved as an accredited media participant in the event, you agree to adhere to the Event’s Code of Conduct and will be asked to sign this agreement before receiving your accreditation pass. You agree that you will:
1. Follow the instructions of all event officials.
2. Not assist, attempt to assist or interfere with any surf dog participant.
3. Not obstruct the judge’s view of the surfing competition.
4. Be considerate of all other media, organizers, volunteers, surf dogs and their owners. If we have any reports of attitudes or language that is offensive, you will be asked to leave.
